Refund/Exchange Policy

The Mendon Country Gift Barn offers a refund or exchange for the full purchase amount of most items if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days.

Any item purchased online may be returned at our Retail store.

The original sales receipt must accompany all returns.

Returned merchandise must be returned within 30 days.

Returned merchandise must be in it’s original packaging and saleable.

Food and personal care products cannot be returned.

Seasonal merchandise cannot be returned after it’s respective holiday.

5. Fontanini Nativity Pieces
• This returned merchandise can be exchanged or returned for store credit only.

Returned Merchandise shall be credited in the same manner for which it was paid.

Gift Cards and Gift Certificates cannot be refunded.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

We cannot accept C.O.D. packages.

Exchange and returns will be processed within two weeks of receipt.
